About us

We founded this blog in 2018 with the delightful aim to tell people that it is possible to live without mean and do not kill animals for meal. It is possible to live a good live to be in good condition physically and mentally without eating meat but get all essential nutrients: protein, carbs, amino-acids, vitamins and minerals, healthy fats from plants. 
If you decide to become a vegetarian and protect animals rights, you are welcome here. 

We are going to share our normal ration and dietary supplements that we eat every day to get maximum healthy elements from them.
